1. $6.00 shipping on all orders via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)
2. $10.00 for USPS Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)
   – Orders over $149.99 will have the option to choose free USPS Priority Shipping
3. $35.00 for USPS Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
   – If your order includes over 50 bottles of research product, Express Shipping will be disabled due to the need for multiple shipping labels
   – All orders require adult signature upon arrival
4. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $149.99

All orders include tracking information. Any order placed before 2PM CST, Monday–Friday, will ship same day.

  Please contact us prior to ordering as we do not ship to all countries.
  We offer Ground Advantage, Priority, and Express shipping:
  – Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  – Priority: 2–3 business days – $10.00
  – Express: 1–2 business days – $35.00

Orders placed before 2PM CST (Monday–Friday) are shipped same day. Orders after 2PM ship next business day.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only if due to damage caused by us or manufacturer defects. Because our products are chemicals and peptides, they may degrade if mishandled. As such, we cannot resell returned products.

In certain cases, unopened research chemicals may be returned if requested within 15 days of purchase. Please CONTACT US to request a return.

Return / Reship Policy

If you purchase PURITY LABS PEPTIDES Shipping Insurance at $0.98 per $100, we will reship a returned package once.

– If any issue arises during reshipment, we will not make a third attempt.
– Customers must cover full shipping and 50% of product cost for a second reshipment.
– Returned items are not eligible for reshipment.
– All reshipped items are new (not reused from the original shipment).

All returned items must remain:
– Fully sealed
– Untampered with (including internal containers)

Any evidence of tampering or broken seals will void eligibility for refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Refund Expectations

Please do not email us after consuming the entire product claiming it didn’t work. This is like eating an entire meal and then complaining it was cold.

If there is a legitimate issue, we will resolve it.

Peptides are particularly fragile, and we prefer not to accept returns due to unknown handling once shipped. That said, we will review individual cases. Please CONTACT US to discuss.

If a refund is approved:
– We will process a manual refund for the returned item(s)

Chargebacks and Final Notes

Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in placement on our Do Not Sell list.

Refunds will only be issued after the item is returned to us.
